Search-tool entries
A name, location, or other detail entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those query terms on our side.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we retain the information needed to respond. We do not share that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting and service providers may receive ordinary technical information when a page is loaded, including:

This policy does not turn this private site into a public-records custodian. Requests for official Cocke County records are governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act, including Tenn. Code Ann. ยง 10-7-503, and should go to the responsible government office.
